I recently stayed at Hotel Tucson City Center and had a mixed experience. The newly renovated rooms were nice, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the unkempt grounds and limited service made my stay less enjoyable. Overall, this hotel has potential, but they need to step up their game.

While I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant, the comfortable rooms and the generous breakfast made up for it. I would definitely return, but I'd probably eat out next time.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, really going the extra mile for us. I was eventually moved to a better room after a couple of days, but that initial experience dampened my stay.
